On 10th. March a grand occasion indeed  - our 10th. open public Forum, again, in the historic Jubilee Room Parliament House Sydney. It was a subject whose ripple effect touched everybody in that room - if not the hip-pocket, then the enquiring mind.  Again, our 2 Guest Speakers did not disappoint: -
